Came here to get a quick haircut/summer cut. Ended up leaving with almost a BOB cut, mind you my hair was a bit lower than my shoulders. Ambiance of the salon was nice and so was the staff but their service is HORRIBLE. Did not wash my hair when i asked for it, snipped off a bunch of my hair- WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!! I had expressed my dissatisfaction to my stylist but it was too late to turn back or to fix. Way too much money spent on this damn haircut. Safe to say i will NOT be returning.
Worst haircut of my life. I wanted a mid haircut and instead I got a bob.. I showed the lady that was going to cut my hair a VERY specific photo of what I wanted and showed her personally (a mid haircut) and she just immediately wet the BACK of my head and snipped off a whole chunk. When she showed me the back I was on the verge of tears but told her to keep cutting to that length since the damage was already done. Extremely disappointed with my cut. My hair was pretty long, I asked her to cut off an inch. She cut my super short, plus didn’t even have time to wash or blow dry my hair but I still needed to pay a full price of 60$. Left crying with my hair wet in cold weather.
Je suis très déçu..malgré que la coiffeuse était vraiment sympathique, je sort de là sans avoir du tout ce que je voulais, pas du tout comme les photos montré en exemple...tout ça pour un gros 300$ pour seulement avoir eu une couleur dans mes cheveux, qui sont en haut des épaules et une mise en plis...🤨
