Extremely disappointed. I had gone to Karma Salon for Kerasilk treatment few months back. I wanted to get the treatment before my wedding. The treatment did not work and I was left with dry and extremely damaged hair, leaving me with no option but to cut my hair before wedding. When I went back to get help, I was told " We are not sure why the treatment did not work. It is a new technology and we are still learning about the treatment." The staff was polite. This was my first time at this Salon today and I'm very impressed. Beautiful & clean, the hair dressers are all welcoming & warm. Shelby did my blonde balyage and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She has a sweet bubbly personality, so fun to chat with. Kayla the owner runs a remarkable place. Very happy with my hair thank you!!!

This is the best salon I have ever been to. Shelby was incredible and not only did she give me perfect highlights, she was super friendly, and fun to talk to. The environment of the salon feels like you are at a friends house, it is very chill and welcoming. I officially have a new hair salon and stylist. Thank you Shelby!
