THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU. They will only reply the 1st time and when you inquiry about more information its silent. I shouldn't have to follow up. Do not recommend.

Completely Ghosted and Ignored *Disclaimer this has nothing to do with the trainer I worked with but Karma as a whole.* Back in November I purchased the “reverse board and train” for $250 a night. This came with 6 months of free group classes, which made the price worth it. The training went well, but the classes were a disaster. We started puppy kindergarten, which was canceled after a few classes due to a lease issue. We were promised classes would start again in January. Filled out a lengthy questionnaire, got a copy/paste response a day or so later asking for me to fill out another questionnaire where I was basically asked to write the same information again, sent an email that I had completed what they asked for and then never heard back. This type of company to customer [lack of] communication, organization, and connection is frustrating and tiring. Please don't ask me to take time out of my day to submit two questionnaires, just to not respond at all.
