The smooth design-build process was what I valued most. We saved a great deal of time and stress by having a single team handle everything rather than having to deal with an architect and a builder. They paid close attention to our desires and came up with innovative ways to fulfill them while staying within our means. The permitting process presented some unforeseen difficulties, but they managed everything behind the scenes without involving us in the chaos.
As a long-term rental option, I had a detached guest house constructed in my backyard, and I'm quite pleased with the way it looks. The result appears to have always been a part of the original property, and the construction schedule was reasonable. The unit is well-built, feels private, and uses little energy. They took care of a lot of the paperwork I didn't want to deal with and did a great job coordinating with local inspectors. Excellent work.
