I really appreciated Karma Carpet's online booking. Also, when I had questions about the cleaning date, I was able to easily get in contact with them by email, and they were immediately responsive. Karma was on time and did a beautiful job with my off-white carpeting (thankfully, it doesn't go through the whole house), particularly on the stairwell. Also, they cleaned my area rug, which hadn't been cleaned in years. Excellent service, thank you!
