Had a piercing done not too long ago. The employee had her daughter there following her around, her daughter was asking her how much she had made while talking to me..also sat in the doorway watching me get my piercing which made me uncomfortable. Also she was asking customers for change. Just felt really unprofessional
Amanda re-pierced my navel and did my nipples last month. I love them, no issues, and it looks exactly how I wanted! She was very friendly, patient, and fast even with a line of people waiting! Thanks Karma!
I was in there yesterday getting a new piece of jewelry put into my new piercing! The customer service by Amanda was amazing! She definitely got to know me on a friend level, and that's big for me!! Will definitely be back to see her again :)

I got my nose pierced couple years ago by Karma and was very satisfied so I knew where to go to get my daith done. Employee named Amanda did it and she was awesome! She explained everything to me and was super nice! Definitely recommend the numbing stuff when getting the daith. I highly recommend karma! Also love the prices! :-) Thank you Amanda! ☆☆☆☆☆

I got two cleavage dermals at Karma today. Not only did Amanda make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, she also did an amazing job and I've never been happier with a piercing!
