im not the person to complain but...My friend previously warned me of getting a piercing at Karma. I just believed it was another one of those people who end up with bad luck or didnt care for their piercing afterward. but, I was incorrect. I got my belly button pierced and it was pierced incorrectly because it did not sit up and down straight it was slanted . I’ve gotten a lot of piercings done here by Kourtney and I love them all. She’s super friendly, and informative. And always makes sure I’m happy with my jewelry and piercings.
I went in with a positive expectation of the facility. The place is well-kept and clean. However, my piercer really seemed like she just wanted to get me in and out of there. She did not explain things as they were happening and without so much as a countdown, there was a needle through my nose. She also did not explain any aftercare to me, just simply handed me the brochure. Went to Karma last night for a daith piercing to hopefully cure my terrible migraines. Amanda did an amazing job! The process was quick and I experienced almost 0 pain other than the soreness after. Afterwards she told me that the daith is amongst the top 5 most painful piercings, so she must have done something right, because I felt basically no pain (and I have a super LOW pain tolerance)!
