I went to the owner, Inna, and she was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable! I couldn't recommend this place enough. We were walk-ins, and she was so accommodating. My girlfriends and I decided we wanted to get cartilage piercings on a whim, and she had such incredible reviews, and trust me, she did not disappoint. She's between locations at the moment because her old location is under construction, but the place was clean. All needles were in sterile packaging, as were the piercings. I would give her 100 stars if I could!!! Inna is absolutely incredible! I got my third ear piercing, and my 6-year-old daughter got her first. The experience was extraordinary! She was so sweet, clear, fast, painless. She knew exactly how to make my daughter feel comfortable and transition to doing it on the second ear seamlessly. I have already started sending her info to my friends. I am so in love with our experience! Thank you, Inna!!!!!
Inna is absolutely amazing! She is so great with kids, and makes both parent and kid feel comfortable in her piercing studio. My 7-year old daughter got her one earlobe pierced at another piercing studio nearly 2 months ago, and that experience made her so terrified to have her second earlobe pierced. As a mother, that worried me a lot, and also the nagging feeling of an "unfinished project".
