I used to love buying Karma and Luck products in their Vegas store three months ago, I tried supporting their online shop for 1st time, since I don’t travel there often. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like I expected. I received a defective item and had to go through the hassle of returning it just to get the same item replaced as promised. I absolutely love all of their locations in Las Vegas. The staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend anyone in the area to visit that store.
DO NOT BUY. Horrible customer service if you have any issues with your products. Paid $100 for a bracelet that should fit "up to" 6.5" wrist according to their own website. The bracelet hangs off my wrist, and the ten other women I had try the bracelet on. Asked if there was resizing -- there is not. Asked for partial refund considering I have to pay $45 to use the product - and received one of the most lazy, rude responses from any company. Karma and Luck does not care about you.
