The staff there on 12/27 afternoon were rude. I was there picking out gifts and when I asked for help (asked to see a bracelet in a different stone) she walked me to a necklace and said “you would only be able to do this” - once i cleared up that i wanted to see a bracelet, she rudely asked “do you want a necklace or bracelet?” lol. When i said bracelet .. again .. she asked what was wrong with the bracelet i was holding (???) i went ahead and cleared up my original request of seeing a bracelet in another stone. it was like ... read more
