I stopped by the store because I saw an ad on instagram. When I asked the associate about downtown location - I was told it’s closed (test it is still open per the website?). I saw that at the register there was a sign saying when you scan a QR code you get 200 reward points. I asked associate at least 4 times to scan the QR code before she agreed to give it to me. Ive bought some beautiful things here as gifts. That being said I recently bought a necklace online. They sent the wrong size chain should be an easy fix. NO ITS NOT. I literally work fifty feet from a store. We sent you the wrong thing ,but to get the right thing you will have to mail it back.
