Never received my refund I returned my order and the company confirmed they received it, but I never got my refund. I’ve reached out several times by email and phone with no solution. It’s been almost 2 months and I’m still waiting. Very disappointed — poor communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them until they fix their refund process.
horrible place to work and shop - they force u to follow people around and sell junky jewelry that breaks overtime and there is so much more i can say - dont do it!

purchased several items here, including a bracelet costing over $300, when I needed it to be repaired told its was purchased over 30days , "thank you but nothing we can do". I didn't even want a replacement. Stay away it's actually cheap crap you can find on amazon for much less. Silly me for wasting $300 on crap! BEWARE!! stay away!
