Absolutely fabulous! I have been going to Karma for a number of years now to get my hair cut and colored. I love the salon--the staff is warmly courteous,, professional and their sense of cutting edge style and expertise is really amazing. Perfect strangers compliment me on my haircut and ask where I get it done--not only in New Haven but in other cities as well (New York City especially). Modern and cutting-edge work I love getting my hair cut at this salon because because they truly listen to what i want and the end result always looks better than my image of it. As soon as you walk in, there is a friendly hot-woman greeting you and offering you a drink. All the hair stylists are wonderful, very talented and professional but they also know how to have a good time. If you are used to going to your local barber or supercuts, you may want to look here. It's truly an experience rather than just a haircut or style appointment you'd get elsewhere. With the highest degree of professionalism, customer service, quality products and highly trained stylists, they far exceed my expectations. Cheryl and her NY trained staff are warm, welcoming and deliver superior services. Whether classic or funky, one can find the best at Karma.
