On February 13, 2024, I received a cosmetic treatment from Dr. Peter L. Karlsberg involving the use of a VBeam laser to reduce a bruise on my buttocks. Unfortunately, the procedure was performed improperly and resulted in a significant and painful burn that left permanent scarring.
