Customer service is always fantastic. They have a wide selection of appliances, TVs, mattresses, and Traeger Grills and supplies. I have purchased a dryer, kitchen stove, and a Traeger grill in the last month. A+ business!
We purchased a refrigerator from Karl's. It arrived dented in several areas including both doors and the body of the refrigerator .When we reached out about our issue they asked for photo evidence when these photos were provided they claimed they "could not see" the very visible dents. After finally agreeing they could see the dents in two of the three areas they stopped responding and will not return our calls.
We have bought numerous appliance here over several years and have always had a great experience working with the sales team and delivery/install team. They are knowledgable, professional, and prices are good.
We have gotten 3 items from them. Fantastic service.
Our Kenmore washing machine was on the fritz. The door safety/lock switch was malfunctioning. When I called Karl's to see about getting a replacement switch I spoke with Isaac. He put me on hold to check his stock. They didn't have the switch in stock, but he had taken it upon himself to source the switch elsewhere in town so I could get it repaired same day.
