We used Karls at this location for our daughter's wedding. The woman at the counter took and recorded the measurements. Come the day of the wedding, the groomsmen's sleeves were too long, the groom had the wrong color of tie, the jr. groomsman had pants and a jacket that were too long, and the father of the bride had pants that were too long in the crotch and too short in length.
