I have had an excellent experience with you guys and will continue to use you! When no one else could come out and look at two boilers that went down, Nick took the time to look at, diagnose, and get the parts to get them back up and running for my tenants very quickly! Both Debbie and Nick were extremely awesome to work with!
I have been trying to get this plumbing company to come out since May 2024, but the lack of response and communication has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, I was told by Deb, the (receptionist/ scheduler?) that "we don't do home warranty." After our realtor called, I was informed, "oh, we do home warranty, let me talk to the boss." Several weeks went by with no call back. By June, I called again, and Deb said, "your paperwork is on my desk. I'll review it and get back to you."
