After renovating our home we had Karl’s Glass replace all our windows, fly screens, kitchen splashback and sliding doors. From our initial consultation with Carl, to Cathy in the office and Ryan in the factory all the staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. They made the whole process very easy, addressing any concerns we had quickly, offering product advice when needed, and the turnaround time was very quick. My elderly mother had a bird smash her front window. We contacted Karls Glass who went straight around and got it sorted. It was the middle of winter so their prompt service was much appreciated, as was their excellent finish on the new window. I would highly recommend Karls Glass.
