I was on vacation and 200 miles from home. My truck had a battery charging problem. I randomly selected Karl's and explained my issue. He kindly offered to take a look the same morning I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator. Less reputable shops could have overcharged or replaced several perfectly good parts. After returning home, I confirmed Karl's prices were very reasonable compared to shops in my area. If all shops were like Karl's, the world would be a better place! Thank you Karl!👍
