Both Karl Jr and Sr. and Janine the office manager are professional, friendly and offer fair prices. All of them are able to chat with you about any mechanical problem you might have and if Karl isn't sure of the problem he'll go test drive it with you. When I first came in looking for an estimate on a costly repair another shop had told me I needed, they said the rack didn't need replacing and the slight shimmy in the front end was a brake rotor wear problem.
