Top notch! I came to get a ring fixed after an unfortunate door situation and they quickly diagnosed the issue, got me a very reasonable quote, and established a timeline of about three weeks as they do all repairs in-house. To my surprise, my ring was ready four days later! I picked it up and it was good as new (and all cleaned up, which was very kind of them). Without a doubt they are the best jewelry repair shop in Chittenden County. Highly recommend Karlise, I will be going back!
I had a stone replaced in my family birthstone ring and a match found for a lost Tanzanite stud earring. The young women who helped me were incredibly professional and informative. One even cleaned my rings for free! Thank you all for the exquisite work!
