I highly recommend this flower shop! I ordered flowers from a different flower shop, and was so disgusted and disappointed. When sending flowers for any occasion, from sad to happy, you want a flower arrangement that will brighten up the room. Everyone I spoke to was so kind! I received a text with a picture of the arrangement, and one confirming delivery. In this economy, you want your dollar to go far, and I believe the arrangement I purchased was worth every penny! I wish I could give more than five stars! The customer service was amazing. So kind, patient and helpful even though I had no clue about flowers. From my initial call to the text saying the delivery driver was on the way to the hospital was one hour one minute! I got text photos of vase options, and the final arrangement which was beyond my expectations. All within my price range I told her I’d like to stay in. Couldn’t recommend more! If I could give Karla's Flowers more stars I would! Amanda was very helpful in trying to make the vision our family had for funeral arrangements come to life. Their prices were very fair and the quality of flowers was amazing. Will forsure be returning for future arrangements.
