Karla pays so much attention to detail. She continually communicates about everything. She provides excellent advice and referrals to get the place ready. She helped us buy a condo and then sell it when we needed to sell it. So we have experienced her wonderful work as a buyer’s agent and as a sellers agent. Don’t hesitate to contract her to help you buy or sell. She is the best!
Karla did an amazing job of not only selling our condo in La Jolla, but dealing with three out- of-town owners, all with many questions throughout the process. Karla Rupp exceeded expectations when she coordinated, negotiated, & arranged the sell of our family condo in La Jolla, CA.
