Dr. Karla Pou. is an excellent endocrinologist. She cares for her patients, is knowledgeable, and stays up to date with the latest information in this type of care. We as a family are blessed to have her care for our daughter. Thank you, Dr. Pou, for being there, and for making yourself available to the needs of so many patients with similar types of issues.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go see Dr. Pou. I wish I would’ve seen the other review sooner. While I was able to keep every appointment with Dr. Pou I was not able to get her to respond to messages (that she requested I send) about my labs and medication changes. The only time I ever got an answer was when I contacted her supervisor or patient advocacy. I’ve never experienced care at this abysmal level before and I’m happy to have found someone else.

I if could give Dr Pou a zero I would. She has canceled every appointment on my elderly father for 9 months. He has cancer and is simply not able to get seen. No apologies, no reason, just an email he receives after waiting three months, after the last cancellation, only for it to get canceled again, and get rescheduled 3 months out, and the cycle repeats. Outrageous. We are astounded at this lack of care for her patients. He practiced dentistry for 33 years and never treated his patients this way.
