Dr. Madalin prescribed a medicine that put 10 lbs a month on me. I told her I can't afford to gain weight like that. She told me that she won't prescribe anything habit forming. That's ok. What was not okay was her prescribing a metabolized form of the same medicine. I think doctors are not prescribing habit forming drugs because of their licenses. I also believe that they are morally defunct for not caring if the medicine that they prescribe will send patients into type2 diabetes, cause liver, kidney, and heart failure. I r... read more
