We 100% recommend Karla. As first-time buyers, we appreciated her non-pushy approach, her bilingual support, and how easy it was to communicate with her over text. She took our feedback well, working weekends and pivoting with us until we found the right fit. Karla left no stone uncovered and helped us realize that 'new is nice.'
