We would definitely recommend Karla as a realtor. The best thing about her is that she is always willing to go the extra mile and do more than she has to do to assist. Karla respected the emotional component of my feelings about selling a home that I lived in for 22 plus years. Karla is hands down the BEST realtor in Nashville. I've worked with her on 3 real estate ventures (1 buy, 2 sells) in the Nashville area and the 1 time I didn't for a buy it turned out to be one of the hardest properties to resell.
