Tiffany was amazing and Karl Zeimetz was a good agent, but since this agency has been taken over by Travis McDonald it is a completely different story.
Every time me and my mom comes they always have a sign that says will return and never at the time do they they return we will be sitting in the car waiting no one shows smh very poor professionalism and definitely not about their business!!!!!!!
Yeah the girl was supposed to open the office this morning and I am sitting here across the street and she literally went in and closed the door and got it a motorcycle with a boyfriend so possibly going to be closed all day but apparently she her boyfriend was more important than opening the office cuz a few customers have gone to the the door and it's locked
