They are the best!!! We had truck issues on our vacation. Called Karl's of Webster and Cole told us to bring it right in. They were so friendly and even directed us to an awesome campground for the night. Chris, the Lead Mechanic ordered the part and repaired in less than 24 hours. They saved our trip. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by Mike C. He was super friendly, and very knowledgeable on the car we were looking to purchase. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions, and made our process smooth. This was our very first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. Autumn in finance was wonderful as well! Mike, was easy to work with but it took hours (9:30-3:30, Mike, and I had the deal for my truck worked out and already had my finances taken care of) to get into with the finance person. It was a Thursday morning not a Saturday. They need to hire a couple more finance people. Once we were in with finance our guy was friendly but he said it was his 4th day and we felt like fumbled through it, we signed paperwork on a table top screen then we had to resign 90% on a printed paper.
