My son is a patient of Dr. Doerfer's and we truly appreciate his medical knowledge, skill, treatment, and care. Dr. Doerfer listens carefully to any concerns we may have and addresses all of our questions, making us feel completely comfortable and informed.
I'm so grateful for this doctor. My son had been seeing a ent and was over looked for having cholesteatoma for 7 yrs. Oct 14th I saw a ent out of children and she moved quick sent him for a CT scan the 15th and had the results that night. On the 16th Doctor Doerfer called me himself and explained everything to me as I was in tears. And said he wanted to get a hearing test on my son the 17th as i was at his audiology appt I got the call your sons surgery is Oct 28th. He was amazing. I went in with an accute skin infection, and he started the treatment that day. I have been just dealing with this for years and I am finally feeling better.
