I've used Karl Tyler since buying my van three years ago. The last couple of changes I've noticed the quality has been slipping. Today's service, or lack thereof, has convinced me I will no longer be giving them my patronage. I specifically needed it vacuumed since I am picking up my grandchildren in Spokane this weekend. It wasn't. I noticed it when I got home. The interior also was not wiped down. You have lost a loyal customer....your loss.
