Extremely efficient. Spent the time to explain the issues and answer questions. Friendly and kind, something often missing. I found it liked everyone there on first impression. Clean and neat.
I've been with this practice for around 1 year now, after multiple years (and major surgeries) with a different Ortho group in town. The main reason I switched was availability. With the previous group I was getting appointment dates 2 to 4 months out when I called with my concerns. At ROCF I primarily see Dr James Phillips, and/or his PA - Steve Head. Entire staff was kind and respectful and efficient. John was especially helpful answering my questions and addressing my concerns regarding the surgery and afterwards. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this practice. Thank you for having an office in the Villages.
