My appointment was cancelled via text. I made an appointment at this practice in early December 2024. The first available appointment was 12 March 2025. On 24 February I received a text at 10:42am asking me to confirm Yes or No for the appointment. I responded with Yes at 10am only to be sent a text advising that they had given my appointment to someone else. Disappointing and poor customer service.
