Was told they are offering top dollar for trades. Went down there and they lowballed me big time! Explain to me how used car prices are so expensive but yet they want to give so little for a trade. I have bought 3 vehicles from them but they no longer will receive my business.
We arranged a vehicle pickup for today. When I arrived, the car wasn't ready and the payment wasn't prepared. This is shocking and completely unprofessional. I wasted hours of my time dealing with their incompetence. Truly disgraceful service - I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone 🤬
Unprofessional, lie straight to you and just want you straight out the door. Very very poor customer service, had an issue with my truck that they said was fixed before I picked it up then turns out it was never replaced nor tested. After they lied I’ve had to call over 10 times within the last 5 days just for Jim to tell me there’s nothing they’re gonna do and that I’m gonna have to spend the $400 to fix the issue they lied about fixing. Lied about full tank of Def, had me come in multiple days for “paperwork” then had me s... read more
Co-signed for my son. When receiving the paperwork, I see that they had me as the primary applicant without being asked or even notified. By this time, my son needed the truck, so I just signed. After SEVERAL other issues, he was told something would be taken care of that never was. When he finally called about it, he was given the run around, then never given calls back when they said they would, to finally, apparently getting blocked or at least blatantly ignored because they didn't want to take care of the problem that th... read more
