if i could give zero stars i would. bought a vehicle still under manufacture warranty so didn’t purchase theirs. flash forward 2 months after having it not even actually. transmission messed up. took it to them they told me it’s normal for my car to drive like that. okay a month later check engine light comes on at 53k miles 3k after i bought it for transmission control module. call them. they refused to look at it or fix anything. so i take it back to another chevy shop and they fix it flash forward not even a week after ha... read more

My mother, who lives in Louisiana and is almost 70 years old, recently purchased a car from Karl Malone. We were referred to this dealership by a friend. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was not only dirty but also had a cracked window. I have never encountered a vehicle purchase where the car was delivered in such a condition. This is unacceptable, especially for a Certified Pre-Owned purchase.
