Tony the technician that worked on my truck was great. Superior!
I was so happy that Karl Malone Ford lived up to their promise of my complimentary 1st oil change and tire rotation. I had a 11:00 appointment and they got my car right on in. Unfortunately, it took longer because they didn't have the kind of oil that they needed. But, other than that, I was satisfied with the service. The only thing that could have been better was a notification of why it was taking longer and I shouldn't have had to inquire about my car.
I was treated well. The process was easy. My Bronco is fun to drive!
We had a great experience buying our Bronco Sport from Kyle. The financial paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Ralph and thanks to Tim we got a good price on our trade-in. We highly recommend Karl Malone Ford!
Everyone was super nice. This was my first visit (I didn’t buy here) and I had some issues with my premium maintenance package but we got that straight. The only thing that bothered me is that there is an active recall on my vehicle that was never mentioned and I forgot about until I got home. I’m going to check on that this week. Overall, no real complaints.
