We loved working with Karli and Matt at Karl Malone in Hailey. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about everything and met all of our car buying needs
If it was an option, I'd give zero stars. Klayton sold us a used car that we planned on giving to a teenage boy. We were told the car was thoroughly inspected and the oil was changed. We drove 6 hours to check out the car. When my husband and I drove it, we noticed a clunk in the transmission. Klayton said he test drove it prior to our arrival and didn't notice anything. I drove quite a ways to buy from Karlie at Karl Malone Ford in Hailey and would do it again in a heartbeat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as was Jim 2. I highly recommend buying from them and will be doing so again if/when the need arises.
