I actually made a purchase with these guys. It was the easiest deal possible. No negotiating and took less than 30 minutes over the phone. I flew up to ********* to from ******************* to then drive 9 hours ************* was the salesman. I arranged with him to have me picked up at the airport when I arrived. This dealership is the most shady and dishonest dealership that I have ever worked with. After being told that everything was prepared to come in with a check for a lease buyout, they tried to add $3000 in additional fees at closing and no one in the dealership could explain the fees. They also refused to produce an itemized fee breakdown after various requests, saying they were too busy or let us take a copy of final price they wrote down. Shady, they sold me a vehicle that they stated was not in any accident. Got a car-fax and found out it was in a moderate crash almost salvaged. Have no remorse for there customers. Not willing to help, have spoke to the sales manager **** who doesn't want to make it right and told me theres no way out of my loan, when indeed there has been no loan funds issued to me for said car.
If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. I normally do not write reviews but after what this dealership put my husband through, I felt very inclined to. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The truck described as "running great" literally broke down at their stop sign in the lot. There could have been multiple solutions but there attitude is "its not my problem." I guess integrity doesn't mean much to these folks. I only write this to hopefully warn others.
