Awesome process. Did everything for the most part over the phone and email. Showed up with my trade, did walk through. Then looked over new SxS and given walkthrough of it, test drove. Did paperwork,etc. out the door. Great customer service!!
I bought a machine at a different dealership thinking I was saving a few dollars, but I ended up having to bring it to ADS twice before I could ride it, to get issues resolved with accessories that were installed.. lesson learned. In hind sight I wish I would have purchased my machine from ADS. Their team is top notch and fantastic to work with, especially the service department.
