I can’t say enough good things about Mark Fernelius at Karl Malone Powersports in West Haven. From start to finish he worked his ass off to make this deal happen for me. He stayed in contact with me for weeks, constantly checking in and pushing with the banks until we finally got approved. When I was there signing the paperwork, Mark had already loaded my 2015 Ski-Doo snowmobile into my truck, which just shows how much he goes above and beyond for his customers. Got a used rzr and have had nothing but problems with it and only had it a month and had to put more then 600 dollars into parts and they said they went over the machine
We bought a used wave runner from this dealership. so first we bought it then it went through a stupid inspection then we brought it to yuba lake and road it the fist day it ran amazing but the second day the engine blew up. We had no response from the dealership.
The service department treated me well. They diagnosed the problem with my side- by-sde efficiently and made repairs promptly. Good job!
