My first time working with Knauz. This was by far the most enjoyable dealer experience I have ever had. Sam Picchietti provided all the information I needed, answered all of my questions and the entire time was nothing but helpful and patient. Everything was presented clearly and openly. Hi! My wife totaled her car on 7/3 and needed a new car. I had a budget and financing on new cars was no different then what I was getting on a used car and this was everywhere and the cars at 0% were just not in my budget to where the financing percentage mattered. Just purchased an X7 at Knauz last month and had a top notch experience! After not so great experiences at some of the local BMW competitors, I stopped by late in the day in hopes of a better result.
