I recently purchased BMW X5. There was issue with engine noise. Scheduled appointment for service that issue. There is one women Bretzy who works at the service department. She refused loan car because they have certain requirement. I showed my full coverage insurance they refused loan car. I never had issue with loaner any other dealership. Very disappointing and frustrating that I purchased my car from this dealership especially from dealership who thinks are highly reputable. I recommend to go other BMW dealership.
Excellent experience in all areas. Salesperson Spencer did a flawless job as well.
