Parts department here sent me an ac evaporator that was extremely mangled upon arrival. I had to carefully straighten and manicure the evaporator to get it back to acceptable condition. The packaging was pretty sad. And requiring signature upon delivery to a residential address just added to the annoyance of this ordeal. Package didn’t arrive on the first ETA and FedEx gives 12 hour arrival windows… sure let me just take two days off work to wait for this package. might not be so annoying if the FedEx website actually worked... read more

This is a complicated review. The good: 1. Luke was very easy to negotiate with. I live quite some distance from this dealership and we handled everything over text. We were able to do quite a bit of the work ahead of time before I even left to pick up the car. He was also very knowledgeable about the car. 2. The finance manager was great. Left here a bit disappointed and frustrated. Didnt leave a 1 star because I do love their products. But called before an appointment I had scheduled last week for today, due to not receiving any confirmation emails or text for today's appointment. Lady who answered shared to be confused. We worked with Marek on purchasing a 2026 X5 today. We are really pleased with our experience and felt that we got a great price for our new car, which has all the features that we wanted. We also got a fair price for the X3 that we traded in. It was convenient that we were able to send documents to Marek beforehand and answer all of his questions and have all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived today.
