Sales person was friendly and helpful. The price was too high for my budget.

Easy to deal with, no pressure. Grant did a great job explaining their approach and knew plenty about each vehicle.
I ask for pictures if they were available of the i interior and of course the exterior of the vehicle and general information about the vehicle like what was wrong with it or what was new on it and what the miles where I received three pictures all of the interior one picture was blurry I couldn't tell anything any other two showed me basically the entire Dash and then the driver side door open picture was taken just outside the door that was all I was prepared ready and willing to purchase a vehicle sight unseen undriven th... read more

The car I purchased was not equipped as advertised. It was advertised as having a factory installed tow package, but did not. The salesman told me they could have the package installed, but after waiting almost a month for the parts to arrive, he expected me to pay for the parts and installation. After several exchanges - sometimes heated, the sales manager got involved and agreed to pay for the installation.
