Karl Hays deliberately neglected dire legal matters and treated me & my son with extreme contempt, consciously refused to provide necessary legal information to me or my son. I had misgivings about him in the consultation where he charged $250. He didn't ask questions, rudely kept reading something from his computer while I was talking. He did inform me that he was qualified to charge $450/hr. I left with a bad feeling.
