I woke up on a Saturday morning with severe eye pain in both eyes. My normal eye doctor wasn’t open, but after a Google search, I saw that Dr Saliba’s office was open. I called and explained my situation and spoke with Sarah. Without hesitation I was told to come in immediately. He helped my daughter with an eye issue she has had for months. He is very thorough. I wish he accepted our insurance so we could go to him. His secretary is wonderful also. She’s very friendly.
I woke one morning to extreme haziness in my vision. Tried to be seen here and couldn't since they do not accept my insurance. They still called me the next day to check on me and give me an alternative to be seen elsewhere. I have never had anyone from any business check on me without the possibility of them getting my business. I feel like this is a place that actually cares, hince the 5 star review. Thank you for not just seeing dollar signs when it comes to your business.
Gave a Very thorough eye exam and found out an issue that no other doctor figured out. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, he would not start the appointment until I physically showed him what brand of contact I wear and the prescription even though I could tell him. I was even there to get my prescription up to date, so it wasn’t exactly necessary to need the old one on hand. It was odd, I’ve never had an eye doctor do that.
