****** in the service department was less than helpful when my BRAND NEW car needed three separate repairs made. I live 4 hours away from ****** and ****** did not care that I had to make that drive. He would not make arrangements for a loaner vehicle, nor did he care I had ******** hours one way to have the vehicle looked at and not even repaired. I have to drive back on September 12th. I’m in desperate need of a vehicle and went to Xarl Chevrolet because they had good reviews, When I spotted one worth the price I got a sales representative to help me sign all the documents and papers. They told me the car I wanted was available and would be ready the next day, So I sold my current vehicle to get the down payment they told me I needed. I took my 2020 ***** Civic to **** for body repair. When we picked the car up there was a dent and scratch on the driver's door. It was the passenger side that had the damage. They admitted the damage was caused by them and a panel next to window on rear door was not replaced as they said it would. When we took it back in to get the dent repaired they buffed out the panel and we can tell that's what they did. **** the person in charge of bodyshop was rude to ** wife.
Oil change, tire rotation, and computer download. I have been in the waiting area for 3 hours and counting. Just got an update and they said it may be another 30 to 45 mins. I will never ever be back!
I am very upset with Karl Chevrolet and will be sharing my experience with family/friends and recommending that NO ONE take their car to Karl Chevrolet for service. I have a 2010 Equinox that was purchased from Karl Chevrolet less than 3 years ago. I have put 24k miles on the vehicle during this time. The transmission has been slipping, Karl Chevrolet told me they "started tearing it apart" and discovered an "internal transmission issue" which would result in repair/replacing the transmission at a cost of 5-6k. I purchased a so called certified pre-owned duramax and have had nothing but problems with it the rear brake pads were bad and all they would do for me was to charge me over $200 for pads the transfer case and injectors went out in to weeks all they would say is thats not under our warranty the air filter was old and had ben made into a mouse nest so you cant tell me they looked this thing over certified i dont think so
