Very friendly staff! Came in to adjust the links on a new watch and they helped us out quickly.
They are very good and very fast. They resized my watch in 15 minutes, and the staff were friendly.
Popped in to get a watch serviced and a band resized, staff was very personable and quick! Great selection of jewelry and watches to pursue while waiting as well!
I went today for jewelry repair and I didn’t think twice in getting their service since they are really accommodating. I will for sure go back to check on their jewelries.
I brought in 3 rings with the idea of making a custom Family Ring that would encompass 3 generations of my family, but I had no idea how to do it, let alone what I exactly wanted. Kevin designed a ring that brought me to tears. He spent so much time going over different designs ideas that I had before we settled on a handcrafted ring that is absolutely stunning.
