I needed to have my Rolex Date-just watch time and date set. I took my watch in to ask if they would be able to do it for me. They set it for me quickly and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at Karkazian is the best. This is my go-to store. Definitely a 5 star store for all of your jewelry needs. Again amazing service and very helpful. If you are looking for a top notch store that puts its customers first -then Karkazian Jewelers is the place to go.
I just moved to the area, was looking for a Lumi Nox dealer when I found Karkazian Jewelry. Great staff, knowledgeable staff, great service, amazing selection, and great pricing! I was truly impressed by all that answered my 20 questions, took the time to explain things and the entire experience was second to none! You truly can’t go wrong, I am a customer for life! Highly recommend!
They did an amazing job on my resizing and even did extra work on my wedding set to make sure it fit correctly. They were fast, and communicated with us through the whole process. Prices were also great! I wouldn’t take my jewelry anywhere else now.
Highly recommend. This place is amazing. Extremely friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable. I came here for my engagement ring. They were able to take another ring I was not happy with and they tuned it into a beautiful piece I was proud to propose to my fiancé with. I was able to create her dream style ring and they helped me step by step. She absolutely loved it. I am returning very soon to them for the wedding band.
Aaron Avis greeted me with a smile as I entered and asked if he can be of any assistance. I told him I needed my husband’s watch band fixed because I placed it on wrong. So, he took the watch and looked at it, said be back in a few minutes. I looked around the store while he was working on the watch. Of course saw a lot things I liked but 1 stood out which was a small blue cross which was only $10.
