Karisma, hands down is one of the finest Hotel & Resorts in operation today, they make everyone feel like their the only guest staying there.
Had the best experience and loved having my dream wedding come true at the El Dorado Casitas Royal resort. Can't wait to go back
Worst hotel chain ever! On my last stay at their Azul Fives resort, I went to the Starbucks for a snack. The total came to 286 pesos but they charged me in American dollars! I disputed the charge with an itemized receipt and they still would not give in! I contacted customer service and they have not replied. They only want your money and don't care about their customers. Will never be back. I advise everyone to stay away.
