Recommendedabsolutely love living here. Quiet, beautiful scenery.
It's a very safe and friendly neighborhood with well maintained common areas. They have a dumpster for green waste, community center and small playground. I have my trailer 78 up for sale now but that's only because I transferred with my job to Southern Washington. Otherwise I loved being there!
Ron and I have lived here since I think Sept. 2006. We love it here. The people are wonderful and I love being here.
I have lived here over 20 years. What more can I say? It's safe, it's reasonably stable, and I have great neighbors. Hoping to stay for another 20 years!
I agree with Meaghan. I think the managers can only do so much. As for me, we bought our trailer in 2009 and have never regretted it. My daughter who is 20 has been with me from the beginning. She never complains, and likes it here also. John and Darla makes living here fun with their contests and now they have started a food drive for the park. I have lived here for i believe 7 yrs , the park is well taken care of i have nevet lived in a place i feel more safe people here are friendly and very helpful. I recently have had to get ready to put my home for sale because of health reasons and move back to arizona . one of my neighbors found a buyer for me before i even put my sign up all i can say is that we have some very god fearing people who live here thank you john and. We like it here, quiet and nice people, including the Management...
There is an implied sense of security, with the numerous background checks imposed for the privilege to live here... Property management brags that this is still a good place to live - they have sold 6 homes in the community recently - for me this says 6 home owners didn't like it so they left - as management suggested I do... I think we need cameras! ...it would cost so little to add a few security cameras around the park and with the annual lot fee increases they should be able to supply a little security ....
