Sent an alta request in with detailed info regarding my request, nobody responded. Followed up the next day with a call and they were at lunch and I was told they would call me back. Never got a response. Called again they next day and I got passed around as they were clueless to what was going on. Finally got ahold of someone and he asked me if I knew who I spoke with and I explained the situation. He proceeds to tell me I should go with someone else.
