I was kind of confused because it seems like there is a Karina's Taco Truck parked right outside the restaurant. This review is specifically for the Taco Truck. I got the buche, Lengua and Cabeza Taco. It came topped with fresh onions and salsa as I had requested no cilantro. I thought the meat had good decent flavor and the salsa went well with the taco but overall I was not super impressed. It was just average, a little pricey, and I think there are a lot more better taco options around the area.
