The first time I went to Karina she didn't dry my hair, but she had just gotten off medical leave, so I let it go. The second time I saw her, she was late getting to the salon and offered no explanation or apology, and she engaged with a solicitor while she was doing my hair. The third (and last) time, she was tending to another client at my appointed time, so I sat to wait until she was finished. 50 minutes after my appointed time, I left when she started on a walk-in. My bad for giving her too many chances.
Visited Karina's spa last week, unexpectedly wonderful experience! So friendly and caring atmosphere! Would definitely recommend it!

Karina is the best!! I have been a customer for at least 15 years. I regularly receive compliments and asked for the name of my hair stylist. You will be very pleased--enjoy your new look.

Karina is a lovely person but she is not a talented with hair. I look like I have an eighties mullet and my friend looked like vanilla ice. It might be time for some more education!
their skills in hair, but I went here for waxing. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. When I went into the waxing room, their were short, black, curly hairs on the sheets. The solution for this was to put a towel over it. My waxing was also a poor job with several splotches left. I pointed them out, but after areas had been gone over multiple time, I was afraid it was going to start damaging my skin. I'll never go back.
Karina's salon is the very best. They are far superior to any other place I’ve gone. Karina always makes me look fantastic, better then I should. She worked my hair color and until she got it just right. She is very talented and profession, she trained under Vedal Sassoon. When you first walk in she offers you some refreshment; you feel special. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Karina.
Karina ruined my hair. It's awful. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it cut and It's nothing like the picture, way too short!! My hair is going to take a long time to grow out!! When I told her that I wasn't happy, she just told me that I would have to reschedule there's nothing she can do about it right now!!!!!!!!!
