Karina is knowledgeable and uses modern tools to help find the perfect match for what you are looking for. She is responsive and patient. She listens to your ideas and wants. Then takes this information to find the perfect place. Even if this means adjusting as you go through the process to narrow down wants versus nice to haves. We recently used Karina for the sale of my mother's house. We chose her because she had done such a great job with selling my mother-in-law's house several years ago. She is truly awesome! Mom's house was dated and needed some work done prior to listing it. Karina handled everything for us. Once listed, we got numerous offers in the first 5 days, and accepted one for $35K over the asking price. Karina is very good at what she does and is delightful to work with. I highly recommend her!
